More Color and Good Times

Well as promised from previous post we got more color coming our way~ Prom day arrived on May 7, This was a week of nails, pedicures, hair dressers. and dress alterations!
The date arrives with the car!
Several couples going together, These girls have been friends since preschool. Almost hard to take this photo of these gorgeous young ladies!
Kids just hanging out at our home for a few hours before they head to prom!
Entering the stage!! Their Theme was "Wild at Heart"
Sisters, *laughs* who would think they would be related.?
The fun walk, just having fun!
Well now the tulips are open!!
Clematis is peeking through!!
I really need to get out there and weed, but until I can get that far, I wanted to capture these flowers while they last!

Tis a busy time on the farm, hubby is rolling some mighty long hours to get the crop in, season is late due to weather patterns being so wet AGAIN! and tonight as I work on this we have rain in the forecast after midnight, so he is rolling until the storm rolls in,

I quickly did a once over in the garden with the tiller. even though it is wet out there, I managed to get some seeds in the ground, so now to sit back and cross our fingers!! I know I am looking forward to some garden goodies!!

Until next time~ Have a great week!

  1. How pretty they all looked for prom! Looks like they had a great time, too. I have to ask--who is the guy with the crutches out on the deck?

Flowers have managed to bloom! Whoohoo! Yes, been so wet. I hope the crops and garden do well. Let's hope we have decent weather summer and fall so a good harvest is easier this year, right? :)
