Four Months Of Fun and Ventures

 I am not sure where this last four moths ran off to! But I do know they have been super busy here!

Shouse Update:  Contractors have the shed doors in but the rail system needs to be placed yet, Certainly makes the yard look like we care about it!  Still some storm damage clean up to do but  we are getting there and can actually see light at  the end of the tunnel!

What gardening I did manage to do this year  yielded well, I harvested total 60# of spuds

Trying to come up with ideas how to display various sizes of ribbon. Not sure I like this...so its  just sitting there for  now, Lot more ribbon to go but until I come up with a good way to store/display Im not getting too carried away!

Open to suggestions!!

Anyway, we have remained Healthy and just keep plugging one day at a time around here trying to find our new normal!!

August is sooo hot

I do not know about the rest of the country, but I think this is one of the hottest August I have seen in state of Minnesota!!

We have not had much progress on the Shouse itself but we did make progress on an outdoor shed and some work on the yard and I got a good start on my studio

We took a small fast weekend to ND to Medora   We enjoyed the pitchfork steak fondue and then took in the musical. Always a good show and a good time   I will try by the weekend to get some photos up to share. 

I love the vibrant color of these sunflowers!

July Happenings

 Half the year gone!! Unbelievable, I feel like we just left winter!!!

July has been super busy here! The house is still being constructed…. Painters have done what they can and kitchen and bath cabinets are almost complete!!! My she shed is coming along as well.  So here are some images to see progress 

The island is done and I have started to manage to get some unpacking done!

Hope to get the steel on the roof this next week
